Appropriations for supplies, materials, or equipment may pay for special clothing and equipment protecting personnel while they perform assigned tasks. “Appropriations” also includes funds made available under section 9104 of title 31.
Money appropriated for buying supplies, materials, or equipment may be used to buy and maintain special clothing and equipment protecting personnel while they perform assigned tasks. Here, “appropriations” includes funds made available by statute under section 9104 of title 31.
Appropriations available for the procurement of supplies and material or equipment are available for the purchase and maintenance of special clothing and equipment for the protection of personnel in the performance of their assigned tasks. For the purpose of this section, “appropriations” includes funds made available by statute under section 9104 of title 31.
