OPM's Director must appoint a five-member unpaid committee to advise OPM on matters affecting employees under this health-benefits chapter. Every member must either be an employee enrolled in the program or an elected official of an employee organization.
The Director of OPM must appoint a committee of five unpaid members to advise OPM on issues that concern employees covered by this chapter. Each committee member must be either an employee who is enrolled under this chapter, or an elected official of an employee organization.
The Director of the Office of Personnel Management shall appoint a committee composed of five members, who serve without pay, to advise the Office regarding matters of concern to employees under this chapter. Each member of the committee shall be an employee enrolled under this chapter or an elected official of an employee organization.
