This section addresses Definitions. It states the rules, definitions, duties, permissions, or funding provisions covered by that subject.
For purposes of this chapter— (1) “Director” means the Director of the Office of Personnel Management; and (2) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Defense.
For purposes of this chapter—
the term “Director” means the Director of the Office of Personnel Management; and
the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Defense.
