50 U.S.C. § 1907 — Government Accountability Office audits

This section allows the Government Accountability Office to audit the required program under the Comptroller General’s rules. It gives representatives access to specified Department of Defense materials needed for the audit.
The conduct of the program required by this chapter can be audited by the Government Accountability Office under such rules and regulations as can be prescribed by the Comptroller General of the United States. Representatives of the Government Accountability Office must have access to all books, accounts, records, reports, and files and all other papers, things, or property of the Department of Defense pertaining to such activities and necessary to facilitate the audit.
