A participant who retired under this subchapter may still seek a qualified appointive Federal Government job. Retirement status alone cannot bar that employment.
A participant retired under this subchapter may not be barred, merely because of that retired status, from an appointive Federal Government job for which the participant is qualified.
A participant retired under this subchapter shall not, by reason of that retired status, be barred from employment in Federal Government service in any appointive position for which the participant is qualified.
