The Administrator must protect classified information held by the Administration and ensure prompt reporting of significant problems or violations involving its management.
(a) The Administrator must establish procedures providing maximum protection for classified information* held by the Administration.
(b) The Administrator must establish procedures for promptly reporting to the Administrator any significant problem, abuse, legal or Executive-order violation, or deficiency involving Administration personnel’s management of classified information.
The Administrator shall establish procedures to ensure the maximum protection of classified information* in the possession of the Administration.
The Administrator shall establish procedures to ensure prompt reporting to the Administrator of any significant problem, abuse, violation of law or Executive order, or deficiency relating to the management of classified information by personnel of the Administration.
