The Administrator must establish procedures preventing unescorted access to classified areas or access to classified information until the person’s required clearances have been verified.
The Administrator must establish procedures ensuring that no individual receives unescorted access to a classified Administration area or access to Administration classified information* until the individual’s appropriate security clearances have been verified.
The Administrator shall establish appropriate procedures to ensure that any individual is not permitted unescorted access to any classified area, or access to classified information*, of the Administration until that individual has been verified to hold the appropriate security clearances.
