This section allows technology to be shared with the Department of Defense in the circumstances stated here. It sets the conditions and limits on that sharing.
The Administrator must, in cooperation with the Secretary of Defense, establish procedures and programs to provide for the sharing of technology, technical capability, and expertise between the Administration and the Department of Defense to further national security objectives.
