Unless a specific provision says otherwise, this subchapter does not apply to the listed senior federal officials. Those officials are the President, Vice President, Members of Congress, Supreme Court Justices, and presidentially appointed federal judges.
Except as otherwise specifically provided, the provisions of this subchapter does not apply to the President and Vice President, Members of the Congress, Justices of the Supreme Court, and Federal judges appointed by the President.
