The Director may indefinitely detail CIA personnel to the National Reconnaissance Office on a reimbursable basis without the usual legal time limit on federal personnel details. The Director may hire personnel for such details.
The Director may: (1) detail Agency personnel to the National Reconnaissance Office indefinitely on a reimbursable basis, without regard to any legal limit on how long federal personnel may be detailed; and (2) hire personnel for a detail under paragraph (1).
The Director may—
detail any personnel of the Agency on a reimbursable basis indefinitely to the National Reconnaissance Office without regard to any limitation under law on the duration of details of Federal Government personnel; and
hire personnel for the purpose of any detail under paragraph (1).
