The Secretary can accept donated land, rights-of-way, buildings, and other property located within a park unit. The Secretary can also accept money donated to support the National Park System.
In running the Service*, the Secretary* may accept:
(1) patented land, rights-of-way over patented or other land, buildings, or other property located within a System unit*; and
(2) money donated to support the purposes of the System*.
The Secretary* in the administration of the Service* may accept—
patented land, rights-of-way over patented land or other land, buildings, or other property within a System unit*; and
money that may be donated for the purposes of the System*.
