This section lets the Service recover permit-related costs. Despite any other law, the Service may recover the full cost of services tied to special use permits. That reimbursement is credited to whichever appropriation is current at the time.
Despite any other law, the Service* can recover all the costs of providing services needed for special use permits. Those reimbursements are credited to whatever appropriation is current at that time.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Service* may recover all costs of providing necessary services associated with special use permits. The reimbursements shall be credited to the appropriation current at that time.
