54 U.S.C. § 308106 — Updates and improvements to Battlefield Reports

The Secretary must send Congress an updated Battlefield Reports report within two years of this law, and then every ten years after that. The update covers preservation work done, changes in battlefield condition, and other important developments since the last report.
No later than 2 years after this section became law, and every 10 years after that, the Secretary* must send Congress a report updating the Battlefield Reports*. The update must cover (1) preservation work done at the battlefields since the most recent update was published; (2) changes in the condition of the battlefields during that time, including their core and study areas; and (3) any other relevant developments concerning the battlefields during that time.
Not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this section, and every 10 years thereafter, the Secretary* shall submit to Congress a report that updates the Battlefield Reports* to reflect—
preservation activities carried out at the battlefields in the period since the publication of the most recent Battlefield Reports update;
changes in the condition, including core and study areas, of the battlefields during that period; and
any other relevant developments relating to the battlefields during that period.
