This section defines Board as the National Trust’s board of trustees and National Trust as the corporation established under section 312102.
In this chapter:
(1) Board. "Board" means the National Trust’s board of trustees.
(2) National Trust. "National Trust" means the National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States established under section 312102 of this title.
