This chapter does not take away a State’s or its political subdivision’s civil or criminal jurisdiction over land the United States acquires under this chapter.
Nothing in this chapter deprives a State or a State political subdivision of civil or criminal jurisdiction over land acquired by the United States under this chapter.
Nothing in this chapter shall be held to deprive any State, or political subdivision of a State, of its civil and criminal jurisdiction in and over land acquired by the United States under this chapter.
