This section authorizes four amounts for the Secretary of Transportation to carry out section 1165: $38 million for fiscal year 2008, $40 million for 2009, $55 million for 2010, and $70 million for 2011.
The following amounts may be appropriated to the Secretary* of Transportation for section 1165: (1) $38,000,000 for fiscal year 2008; (2) $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2009; (3) $55,000,000 for fiscal year 2010; and (4) $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2011.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary* of Transportation to carry out section 1165 of this title—
$38,000,000 for fiscal year 2008;
$40,000,000 for fiscal year 2009;
$55,000,000 for fiscal year 2010; and
$70,000,000 for fiscal year 2011.
