6 U.S.C. § 532 — Explosives Training and Research Facility

(a) Establishment. An Explosives Training and Research Facility is established within the Bureau at Fort AP Hill, Fredericksburg, Virginia.

(b) Purpose. The facility established under subsection (a) must be used to train Federal, State^*, and local law-enforcement officers to—

(1) investigate bombings and explosions;

(2) properly handle, use, and dispose of explosive materials and devices;

(3) train dogs to detect explosives; and

(4) conduct research on explosives.

(c) Authorization of appropriations.

(1) In general. Congress may appropriate whatever amounts are necessary to establish and maintain the facility established under subsection (a).

(2) Availability of funds. Amounts appropriated under paragraph (1) remain available until they are spent.
