The Agency has an Urban Search and Rescue Response System. Congress authorizes fiscal-year 2008 funding equal to the fiscal-year 2007 amount plus $20 million.
(a) In general. The Agency* has a system called the Urban Search and Rescue Response System.
(b) Authorization of appropriations. For fiscal year 2008, Congress authorizes an appropriation for the system equal to the amount appropriated for fiscal year 2007, plus $20,000,000.
There is in the Agency* a system known as the Urban Search and Rescue Response System.
There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out the system for fiscal year 2008, an amount equal to the amount appropriated for the system for fiscal year 2007 and an additional $20,000,000.
