Members of the review committee receive the same daily compensation as members of the committee used for chapter 3B of title 16. They may not receive that compensation for more than 30 days in a year.
The review committee members receive, for their services, the same per-day compensation as members of the committee used for the purposes of chapter 3B of title 16. They may not receive compensation for more than 30 days in any one year. This section does not define “review committee“ or “per diem.“
The members of the review committee shall receive as compensation for their services the same per diem as that received by the members of the committee utilized for the purposes of chapter 3B of title 16. The members of the review committee shall not be entitled to receive compensation for more than thirty days in any one year.
