7 U.S.C. § 136w–6 — Environmental Protection Agency minor use program

(a) The Administrator must make sure minor use issues are coordinated. The Administrator does this by setting up a minor use program inside the Office of Pesticide Programs. That office is responsible for coordinating the development of minor use programs and policies. It also consults with growers about minor use issues, and about registrations and amendments submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency. (b) The Office of Pesticide Programs must write a public report on the progress made registering minor uses. This report must cover how the office has used exclusive use as an incentive for registering new minor uses. The office must finish this report within 3 years of the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 becoming law.
