Certain Federal restrictions on congressional members’ interests in contracts do not apply to loans or payments under this chapter. The exception does not cover section 1383(a) loans or payments.
Section 6306 of title 41 and sections 431 and 432 of title 18 do not apply to loans or payments made under this chapter, except loans or payments under section 1383(a) of this title.
The provisions of section 6306 of title 41 and sections 431 and 432 of title 18 shall not be applicable to loans or payments made under this chapter (except under section 1383(a) of this title).
