Results of the Secretary of Agriculture's laboratory evaluations must be shared with Health and Human Services and with the public, if requested.
This section requires openness about lab evaluation results.
When the Secretary* of Agriculture evaluates laboratories under this chapter, the results must be made available to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and to the public whenever someone asks for them.
The results of the evaluations of laboratories conducted by the Secretary* under this chapter shall be made available to the Secretary of Health and Human Services and to the public on request.
