This section makes all money for this chapter available for allotment within the Department and transfer to Federal or State agencies that the Secretary asks to cooperate or help carry out the chapter.
All funds for carrying out this chapter are available for allotment to the Department’s bureaus and offices and for transfer to other Federal agencies and State* agencies that the Secretary* asks to cooperate or assist in carrying out this chapter.
All funds for carrying out the provisions of this chapter shall be available for allotment to bureaus and offices of the Department*, and for transfer to such other agencies of the Federal Government, and to such State* agencies, as the Secretary* may request to cooperate or assist in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
