The Commodity Credit Corporation may donate cotton from its price-support operations to educational institutions for textile-processing and manufacturing training.
The Commodity Credit Corporation may, on terms approved by the Secretary of Agriculture, donate cotton acquired through price-support operations to educational institutions for training students to process and manufacture cotton into textiles.
Commodity Credit Corporation is authorized, on such terms as the Secretary of Agriculture may approve, to donate cotton acquired through its price support operations to educational institutions for use in the training of students in the processing and manufacture of cotton into textiles.
