This section requires packers to report information about wholesale pork-cut prices and volumes. The Secretary decides what information is necessary and how to publish it.
(a) Reporting. The corporate officers or officially designated representatives of each packer* must report to the Secretary* information about the price and volume of wholesale pork* cuts that the Secretary finds necessary and appropriate.
(b) Publication. The Secretary must publish the information reported under subsection (a) as the Secretary finds necessary and appropriate.
