This section forbids fees for reporting information, receiving or accessing reports, or performing other activities required by this subchapter.
The Secretary* may not charge or assess a user fee, transaction fee, service charge, assessment, reimbursement, or any other fee for submitting or reporting information; receiving, obtaining, or accessing published reports or information; or any other activity required under this subchapter.
