Federal agencies may provide requested services, personnel, and facilities to Agricultural Trade Offices. The Agriculture Secretary may reimburse or advance funds.
At the Agriculture Secretary’s request, each Federal agency may provide its services, personnel, and facilities to an Office performing its functions. The Agriculture Secretary may reimburse or advance funds to the agency.
Upon the request of the Secretary of Agriculture, each Federal agency may make its services, personnel, and facilities available to a United States Agricultural Trade Office in the performance of its functions. The Secretary of Agriculture may reimburse or advance funds to any such agency for services, personnel, and facilities so made available.
