(c) Federal share A grant provided under this section shall be not more than 75 percent of the total cost of acquiring a radio transmitter, as described in subsection (a). (d) Authorization of appropriations There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2023.
