Starting May 5, 2017, a household certified for SNAP must report, as the Secretary requires, if it no longer lives in the State where it is certified.
Beginning May 5, 2017, in fiscal year 2017 and every later fiscal year, a household certified to participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program must report, in the manner the Secretary requires, if it no longer lives in the State where it is certified.
Beginning on May 5, 2017, in fiscal year 2017 and each fiscal year hereafter, notwithstanding any other provision of law, a household certified to participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program is required to report in a manner prescribed by the Secretary if the household no longer resides in the State in which it is certified.
