This section says that if a court invalidates one provision of this chapter or its application, the remaining provisions and other applications remain unaffected.
If any provision of this chapter or the application of any such provision to any person* or circumstances must be held invalid, the remainder of this chapter and the application of any such provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid must not be affected thereby.
If any provision of this chapter or the application of any such provision to any person* or circumstances shall be held invalid, the remainder of this chapter and the application of any such provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid shall not be affected thereby.
