The Secretary may temporarily detail library and bureau employees to each other’s work.
The Secretary of Agriculture may temporarily assign library employees to library work in Department bureaus and offices, and may temporarily assign bureau and office employees who do library work to the library.
Employees of the library may be temporarily detailed by the Secretary of Agriculture for library service in the bureaus and offices of the department, and employees of the bureaus and offices of the department engaged in library work may also be temporarily detailed to the library.
