Appropriations for the Agricultural Research Service may pay for aircraft operations and maintenance, one replacement aircraft, and certain building work.
Agricultural Research Service appropriations may be used to operate and maintain aircraft, to buy no more than one aircraft for replacement only, and, under section 2250, to construct, alter, and repair buildings and improvements.
Appropriations for the Agricultural Research Service shall be available for the operation and maintenance of aircraft and the purchase of not to exceed one for replacement only and pursuant to section 2250 of this title for the construction, alteration, and repair of buildings and improvements.
