The Secretary may issue regulations for proceedings in the Plant Variety Protection Office. The regulations must be consistent with law and follow consultation with the Plant Variety Protection Board.
The Secretary may issue regulations, consistent with law, governing proceedings in the Plant Variety Protection Office, after consulting the Plant Variety Protection Board. This section does not define “Secretary,” “regulations,” or “proceedings.”
The Secretary may establish regulations, not inconsistent with law, for the conduct of proceedings in the Plant Variety Protection Office after consultations with the Plant Variety Protection Board.
