7 U.S.C. § 253 — Public information

(a) In general — The Secretary can release to the public the names, addresses, and locations of everyone (1) licensed under this chapter, or approved to do an activity under this chapter; and (2) whose license or approval was suspended or revoked under section 252 — along with the results of any investigation or hearing held under this chapter, including the reasons for the suspension or revocation. (b) Confidentiality — Unless another law provides otherwise, no Department officer, employee, or agent can share confidential business information they learned while doing a warehouse examination or other duty under this chapter.
