7 U.S.C. § 2718 — Authorization of appropriations

Congress may appropriate Treasury money that is otherwise unappropriated as needed to carry out this chapter. That money may not pay the Egg Board's expenses for administering orders under the chapter.
Money is authorized to be appropriated from Treasury funds that have not otherwise been appropriated, in whatever amount is needed to carry out this chapter. The appropriated money may not pay the Egg Board's expenses or spending for administering any order issued under this chapter.
There is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated such funds as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. The funds so appropriated shall not be available for payment of the expenses or expenditures of the Egg Board in administering any provisions of any order issued pursuant to the terms of this chapter.
