This section concerns Availability of appropriated funds. Funds available to carry out sections 3195(a) and 3196 of this title must be paid to each State or eligible institution at that times and in that amounts as must be determined by the Secretary.
Funds available to carry out sections 3195(a) and 3196 of this title must be paid to each State* or eligible institution* at that times and in that amounts as must be determined by the Secretary*.
