This section defines the Agreement, sugar, and entry for this chapter.
For this chapter: (1) “Agreement” means the International Sugar Agreement, 1977, signed in New York City on December 9, 1977. (2) “Sugar” has the meaning given in paragraph (12) of Article 2 of that Agreement. (3) “Entry” means entry, or withdrawal from a warehouse, for consumption in the United States customs territory.
For purposes of this chapter—
The term “Agreement” means the International Sugar Agreement, 1977, signed at New York City on December 9, 1977.
The term “sugar” has the same meaning as is given to such term in paragraph (12) of Article 2 of the Agreement.
The term “entry” means entry, or withdrawal from warehouse, for consumption in the customs territory of the United States.
