This section provides that invalidity of one provision or application does not affect the rest of the chapter or its application to other people or circumstances.
If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person* or circumstances is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of this chapter and of the application of such provision to other persons and circumstances must not be affected thereby.
If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person* or circumstances is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of this chapter and of the application of such provision to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
