The Secretary of Agriculture must enforce this chapter. United States attorneys must prosecute cases under it, under the Justice Department’s supervision and control.
The Secretary of Agriculture is authorized and directed to enforce this chapter. Every United States attorney must prosecute cases arising under this chapter, subject to the Department of Justice’s supervision and control.
The Secretary of Agriculture is authorized and directed to enforce this chapter. It is made the duty of all United States attorneys to prosecute cases arising under this chapter, subject to the supervision and control of the Department of Justice.
