7 U.S.C. § 499k — Injunctions; application of injunction laws governing orders of Interstate Commerce Commission

This section applies the same injunction rules used for Interstate Commerce Commission orders to the Secretary's orders here. That means the same laws for suspending, restraining, or setting aside those orders apply here too.
This section is one rule that borrows procedures from another law.
All laws about suspending, restraining, or setting aside — in whole or in part — orders of the Interstate Commerce Commission also apply to the Secretary's orders under this chapter, and to anyone covered by this chapter.
For the purposes of this chapter the provisions of all laws relating to the suspending or restraining of the enforcement, operation, or execution, or the setting-aside, in whole or in part, of the orders of the Interstate Commerce Commission are made applicable to orders of the Secretary* under this chapter and to any person* subject to the provisions of this chapter.
