This section authorizes appropriations needed to administer the pecan chapter.
(a) In general There are authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year that sums as are necessary to carry out this chapter.
(b) Administrative expenses Funds appropriated to carry out this chapter must not be available for payment of the expenses or expenditures of the Board* in administering any provision of any plan* issued under this chapter.
