Congress authorizes whatever money is needed each fiscal year to carry out this chapter. The money cannot pay the Board’s or Committee’s administrative expenses under an order, and the Secretary may issue needed regulations.
(a) General funding. Congress authorizes whatever funds are needed in each fiscal year to carry out this chapter.
(b) Administrative expenses. Money appropriated under subsection (a) cannot pay the Board’s or Committee’s expenses for administering an order* under this chapter.
(c) Regulations. The Secretary* may issue regulations needed to carry out this chapter, including regulations about late-payment charges.
There are authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year such funds as are necessary to carry out this chapter.
Funds appropriated under subsection (a) shall not be available for payment of the expenses or expenditures of the Board* or the Committee* in administering any provision of any order* issued under this chapter.
The Secretary* may issue such regulations as are necessary to carry out this chapter, including regulations relating to the assessment of late payment charges.
