This section allows a final Division determination to be reviewed and enforced by a federal district court. The review follows chapter 7 of title 5.
A final determination of the Division* must be reviewable and enforceable by any United States district court of competent jurisdiction under chapter 7 of title 5.
A final determination of the Division* shall be reviewable and enforceable by any United States district court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with chapter 7 of title 5.
