This section sets out the rules under the heading “Commission procedures.” It states the duties, permissions, limits, definitions, or procedures included in the section.
(a) Meetings The Commission must meet on a regular basis (as determined by the chairperson) and at the call of the chairperson or a majority of its members. (b) Quorum A majority of the members of the Commission must constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
