7 U.S.C. § 7643 — Distribution of farmers’ bulletins

This section sets rules for distributing farmers’ bulletins. It requires a specified share to be delivered through congressional franks and requires the Secretary to notify congressional offices about each bulletin.
In the distribution of farmers’ bulletins, which must be adapted to the interests of the people of the different sections of the country, an equal proportion of four-fifths must be delivered to or sent out under the addressed franks furnished by Senators, Representatives, and Delegates in Congress, as that Senators, Representatives, or Delegates must direct: Provided , That the Secretary of Agriculture must notify Senators, Representatives, and Delegates in Congress of the title and character of each that bulletin, with the total number to which each Senator, Representative, and Delegate may be entitled for that distribution; and on the face of the envelope inclosing said bulletins must be printed the title of each bulletin contained therein.
