If a provision of this chapter, or its application to a person or circumstance, is held invalid, the rest of the chapter and its application to other people and circumstances remain unaffected.
If any provision of this chapter or application of any provision of this chapter to any person* or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter and the application of the provision to other persons and circumstances may not be affected by the invalidity.
If any provision of this chapter or application of any provision of this chapter to any person* or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter and the application of the provision to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected by the invalidity.
