The Secretary may issue regulations needed to carry out this chapter and the powers it gives the Secretary. Those regulations may address late-payment charges and interest.
The Secretary* may issue regulations that are necessary to carry out this chapter and the powers this chapter gives the Secretary, including regulations about late-payment charges and interest.
The Secretary* may issue such regulations as are necessary to carry out this chapter and the powers vested in the Secretary by this chapter, including regulations relating to the assessment of late payment charges and interest.
