This chapter does not change Agriculture’s or Homeland Security’s authority under other laws or programs concerning food supplies, agriculture, or public health.
Nothing in this chapter affects the authority that the Secretary of Agriculture or Secretary of Homeland Security has under another law or program concerning food supplies, agriculture, or public health.
Nothing in this chapter affects the authority of the Secretary of Agriculture or the Secretary of Homeland Security under any other provision of law or program relating to the protection of food supplies, agriculture, or public health.
