7 U.S.C. § 938 — Full faith and credit of the United States

Every insurance or guarantee contract issued by the Secretary under this subchapter is backed by the full faith and credit of the United States. A holder cannot challenge it except for fraud or misrepresentation the holder actually knew about when becoming a holder.
An insurance or guarantee contract issued by the Secretary* under this subchapter is an obligation supported by the full faith and credit of the United States. It cannot be contested except for fraud or misrepresentation that the holder actually knew about when becoming a holder.
Any contract of insurance or guarantee executed by the Secretary* under this subchapter shall be an obligation supported by the full faith and credit of the United States and incontestable except for fraud or misrepresentation of which the holder had actual knowledge at the time it became a holder.
