8 U.S.C. § 1440g — Provision of information on military naturalization

After a regulation about military naturalization changes, the Secretary of Homeland Security must update the Secretary's websites within 30 days. Congress expresses that the Department's relevant application forms should also be updated within 180 days.
(a) In general. Within 30 days after a change to a regulation about naturalization under section 1439 or 1440 takes effect, the Secretary of Homeland Security must appropriately update the Internet sites maintained by the Secretary. (b) Sense of Congress. Congress states that, within 180 days after each such effective date, the Secretary should make the needed changes to the appropriate Department of Homeland Security application forms.
Not later than 30 days after the effective date of any modification to a regulation related to naturalization under section 1439 or 1440 of this title, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall make appropriate updates to the Internet sites maintained by the Secretary to reflect such modification.
It is the sense of Congress that the Secretary of Homeland Security, not later than 180 days after each effective date described in subsection (a), should make necessary updates to the appropriate application forms of the Department of Homeland Security.
